Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 9 business days depending on delivery location and weather conditions.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is $7.95 per order; however we do offer free shipping for orders over $75.
Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders will be packed and shipped as usual. Additional shipping costs will be added where applicable.
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method except Same Day. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Damages and Wrong product
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is different to your order, please contact Customer Service, we would love to help correct the issue. Please call 1800-645-0010
Exchanges and refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee!
If you are not satisfied with your Roex supplement purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
